Our New E-Invoicing System Aligned with EU Regulations
Soon we will be rolling out our new e-invoicing system. This aims to streamline your invoicing process but also ensures compliance with the latest EU regulations.

Why E-Invoicing Matters
The European Union has been progressively moving towards a digital economy, and recent regulations have placed e-invoicing at the heart of this transformation. By moving towards mandating electronic invoices for cross-border transactions within the EU, the regulations aim to simplify trade, reduce fraud, and enhance transparency. Businesses are now encouraged, and in some cases required, to adopt e-invoicing solutions that comply with these new standards.
Integration with Peppol Network
Our e-invoicing system leverages the Peppol (Pan-European Public Procurement Online) network, a standardised platform for electronic document exchange. Peppol ensures that your invoices are transmitted securely and are compliant with the EU’s e-invoicing directive.
User-Friendly and Uncomplicated
The new E-Invoicing system works in the same way as the PDF Invoice emailing system that some of our customers already use. It queues invoices in an easy interface, ready to send when you instruct, and shows you the status of invoices you have already sent. By default, the system allows you to generate invoices in UBL (Universal Business Language) format, but other templates can be added as required.
Key Features
Coming Next
We are starting with Sales Invoices, but soon we will be enabling the receipt of Purchase Invoices, where we will aim to have an automatic process of creating Purchase Invoice records in the system. Intervention will be required where there are discrepancies, but otherwise you will simply need to process the PI job.
