CUSTOMER SUPPORT ANALYST

We have an opportunity for a full time software support analyst at our office in Carlton Forehoe (Norfolk). The role consists primarily of frontline telephone software support to our clients under the supervision of our support and training manager. However you will be required to develop your ability and understanding of our products in order to work towards a more varied role. Applicants need to have a full driving licence as travel to customer sites in the UK and Europe will be an important part of the role.

There will be a probation/training period of 6 months (on full pay £18K – £22K) for the role to ensure a good fit with our team. Please find below list of essential and desirable skills for candidates. Again if you have any question please feel free to contact Adam.

Applicants must possess:

  • Practical experience providing IT Support.
  • Practical knowledge of database maintenance.
  • Driving license.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A strong work ethic and customer service skills.
  • The flexibility and willingness to take on an increasingly multifaceted and client facing role as a member of a small team.

The following additional skills and experience would be valuable, but are not essential:

  • Training experience.
  • Experience of programming in PHP/Javascript/MySQL.
  • Experience of programming in Visual Foxpro
  • Previous experience supporting ERP systems.
  • Previous experience of the Oil and Gas Flow Control Supply Industry or of engineering sales and manufacturing processes.
