CUSTOMER SUPPORT ANALYST

The role consists primarily of frontline telephone software support to our clients under the supervision of our support and training manager. However you will be required to develop your ability and understanding of our products in order to work towards a more varied role. Applicants need to have a full driving licence as travel to customer sites in the UK and Europe will be an important part of the role.
There will be a probation/training period of 6 months (on full pay £18K – £22K) for the role to ensure a good fit with our team. Please find below list of essential and desirable skills for candidates. Again if you have any question please feel free to contact Adam.
